| Remove & clean filter |

Remove oil from the Main Tank & Prefill Tank. Clean both the tanks & Refill Oil. |
| Check Water cooling system for leakage |

Check the main relieve valve & Injection Valve |

Open the electric motor, grease it & reset it. |
| Check loose connections & tighten them, if any. |

Check Bolts fixed under head stock mould plate. |

Calibrate the pressure gauges, Temp.Controller, Thermocouple, Ammeter, Voltmeter, Timers. |
| Check the passage of injection unit. Lubricate & clean it. |

Check heater circuit Contamination Dirt. Loss in oil level. Clean oil cooler and change it. |
